Q: How do I qualify for a contest entry?

A: For each Becel® product you purchase between October 5, 2020 – December 27, 2021, you are eligible to receive 1 entry into the contest.

First, complete the registration form and upload a photo of your proof of purchase at Your proof of purchase must clearly show the qualifying product purchased, retailer name, date and transaction total amount. Read the Contest Rules for further details.

Or, to enter without purchase, entrant must first make a No Purchase Entry Request by visiting Once the No Purchase Entry Request has been submitted, the unique NPE PIN will be displayed on-screen and delivered by email to the email address used to register, along with instructions for completing the No Purchase Entry Request. You must then submit a unique handwritten original (not photocopied) sentence about why you bake

Q: What are the prizes?

A : There is one grand prize that consists of $10,000 for the winner and $10,000 for a charity of their choosing. There are also 13 weekly prize draws for a $500 retailer gift card. Act fast - the number of prizes available to be won will decrease throughout the contest as they are claimed.

Q: Is this open in Quebec?

A: Yes. To participate in the contest and be eligible to win, an entrant must be a legal resident of Canada, including Quebec.

Q: When does the Grand Prize draw take place?

A: The Grand Prize draw will be conducted at approximately 11:00 AM (ET) on January 19 (the “Draw Date”) in Whitby, ON. See full Rules & Regulations for details.

Q: When do the weekly draws take place?

A: The draw period is October 12 – January 19. There will be 13 weekly prize draws beginning October 12 2020. See full Rules & Regulations for more details on weekly draw dates.

Q: Can I submit more than one proof of purchase in a single submission?

A: No, each individual proof of purchase showing the purchase of qualifying products in a single transaction (at the same time) must be uploaded as individual submissions (one receipt per image, per submission).

If you have multiple receipts/proofs of purchase showing purchase of participating Becel® products, please upload them separately as individual submissions.

All purchases must be made between October 5 – December 27 and all proof(s) of purchase must be uploaded by January 5, 2021.

Q: What Becel® Products may I purchase to qualify for an entry?

A : You may purchase any Becel® product to qualify for an entry. See full Rules & Regulations for more details, including a full list of all participating products.

Q: How many times can I submit the same valid proof of purchase?

A: You can submit a valid proof of purchase only once. If your submission is rejected, you may be asked to submit a new image of the same proof of purchase in order for us to confirm whether or your submission is valid.

If you submit an image of a receipt/proof of purchase that has already been deemed valid, your duplicate entry will be rejected.

Hang on to your receipt! If you are selected as a winner we may request a new photo of your receipt to confirm purchase.

Q : I lost my receipt - can I still enter?

A : To enter, you must purchase another participating Becel® product and upload an image of the new receipt. You can also enter without purchasing. Please visit for full contest rules.

Q: How many entries can I qualify for?

A: There is a maximum of ten (10) entries/person regardless of entry method. This is a combined total of no-purchase entries and purchase entries.

However, if you sign up for our mailing list, you can receive an additional 5 bonus entries, for a total of fifteen (15) entries.

Q: How do I know if my proof of purchase submission has been received?

A: You may log in and check your profile page at any time to review the status of your submission(s).

In addition, when you uploaded your proof of purchase, you should have received an email confirmation. If you don’t see it in your inbox please check your spam or junk folders or any other folder that your provider may have automatically set up within your account.

Q: My entry didn't go through - no email confirmation

A: Please check your junk or spam folder for an email confirmation, or any other folder that your email provider may automatically set up (such as your promotions folder). If you still can’t find the confirmation, please email to make sure your entry went through. You can also visit for full contest rules.  Please keep in mind the contest deadlines, no extension can be made. 

Q: When does the contest end?

The last day you can submit your receipt with participating Becel® products is January 5, 2021 at 11 :59 :59PM (ET).

Q: How do I submit a proof of purchase from an online retailer?

A: Upload a clear photo of your Delivery or Pick-Up Confirmation record that includes the following information:

  • Date your order was placed
  • Date your order was shipped
  • Quantity of participating Becel® product(s) purchased
  • Total dollar value of participating Becel® product(s) purchased
  • Payment details
  • Shipping address
